Returns and Refunds (Damaged or Unsatisfactory Goods)

 

If your artwork arrives damaged or if you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receipt at k.gregory1163@outlook.com.

 

Include your name, order number, and details of the issue, ideally with photographs of any damage.

 

Damaged original work and prints will be eligible for a refund upon return. Due to their unique nature, original embroidery works cannot be replaced; however, you may choose to use your refund toward another available piece if desired.

 

If items are returned due to damage, we will refund your return shipping costs. For all other returns, you are responsible for return postage.Refunds will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of returned items.
